Problem

Job seekers rarely know how well their resume matches a specific job description or which skills they are missing.

Solution

Analyse a resume against a job description with a local LLM (Qwen3 through Ollama) and retrieval-augmented generation over ChromaDB, then report skill gaps.

Architecture (planned design)

  1. FastAPI backend
  2. Qwen3 running locally through Ollama
  3. ChromaDB vector store with Sentence Transformers embeddings
  4. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline
